Conversational logging
Just describe what you ate. The AI parses, looks up nutrition data, and logs it against your daily targets. No 47-tap food entry forms.
CorePersonal Protocol Operating System · v1.0
A nutrition, supplement, and recovery platform built around a conversational AI that knows your goals, your inventory, and your daily targets — and recommends meals that actually close your gaps.
01 — Platform
Built from the ground up for people running real protocols. Not another macro counter. Not another habit tracker.
Just describe what you ate. The AI parses, looks up nutrition data, and logs it against your daily targets. No 47-tap food entry forms.
Core"What should I make for lunch?" The AI looks at your remaining macros, your inventory, your style preferences, and recommends meals that close your gaps.
Signature featurePrescriptions, supplements, food. Scan barcodes, get low-stock alerts, depletion forecasts. Know what you have before you need it.
PaidEvery supplement and target comes with the literature behind it. The AI populates the citations. You acknowledge what you've read.
CoreEnd-of-day summary: what you hit, what you missed, and concrete suggestions for tomorrow's breakfast to close yesterday's gaps.
CoreBody metrics, lab results, symptoms, mood, sleep, training. Trends over weeks and months — surfaced when relevant, not buried in dashboards.
Paid02 — Origin
Ten years ago I started tracking what I ate, what I took, and how I felt. Not because it was trendy. Because nothing was working and I needed real data. Spreadsheets at first. Then notebooks. Then conversations with AI models — paste my targets, paste my inventory, ask what to eat to close the gaps I had left for the day.
That last system worked. Not in theory. In practice. I rebuilt my body composition. I recovered from a distal fibula fracture and surgical reconstruction on a protocol that hit every micronutrient target while I was non-weight-bearing. I caught a B6 toxicity risk in a multivitamin before it caused damage. I logged every meal, every dose, every symptom for years.
The friction was the interface. Pasting context into a chatbot every time I wanted to log a meal or get a recommendation was a job. So I built this — the same workflow, but with inventory, scanning, persistent memory, research citations, and a UI that doesn't fight you. The platform I wished existed for the decade I spent building it by hand.
I'm still user zero. Every feature ships because I needed it first.
03 — Recommendation Engine
The killer feature. Not another recipe search. A constraint-satisfaction engine that reasons across what you need, what you have, and what you actually want to eat.
"I need to close my omega-3 gap." Optimizes for the missing nutrients first, style second.
"Make me something Indian." Constrains by cuisine first, then optimizes nutrition within that.
Only recommends meals you can actually make with what you have, or proposes specific substitutions.
04 — For Whom
If you've ever needed to hit specific numbers for a reason, you understand why generic apps don't cut it.
Hitting bone-healing micros while non-weight-bearing. NSAID restrictions, opiate side-effect management.
Body recomposition with surgical precision. Training periodization, recovery markers, supplement timing windows.
Autoimmune, metabolic, inflammatory. Tracking medication adherence, symptom patterns, dietary triggers over time.
Self-experimenting with peptides, supplements, lab markers. Needs structured data, not vibes.
05 — Field reports
The complete logbook from week one to weight-bearing. Every meal, every dose, every metric.
Surplus calculations, training periodization, and the meal recommendation engine doing the daily math.
What three months of structured logging surfaced that ten years of casual tracking missed.
The audit feature that flagged a 40x overshoot from a stacked multi-B and high-dose pill.
